Converting photo to 3D carving

First of all I am just getting into trying 3D carving. My sister-in-law ask if I could carve this in a wood screen door panel but I am not sure who to talk to in getting started. If anyone can help me with some advice or wants to convert this for me for a fee. This is a sample photo.

Otherwise James Booth at Carve 3D (http://carve3d.com/) does outstanding work and is great to deal with.
