have anyone tried making five piece raised panel doors
on a shopbot. just wanted to know how feisible
it would be if so where can i find information
on this.

I think it would be simpler to make "fake" raised panel doors on the bot. I have done some.
To make traditional raised panel doors with rails and stiles you have to use bits with bearings and load them in upside down if you wanted to make them on the bot. Then you have a vaiable of an uneven table which may alter your cut or possibly jam your bit. Some things frankly are easier to do off the bot, this is one of them.
Although I could see how it might be done but again think its easier the other way.

Whiteside MDF Panel Raising bits 5620 (1.25 dia), 5630 (1.25 dia), 5725 (1.5 dia) to create the panel in the center. Even though it is for wainscoting it came from a cabinet door design. I have other info for you if you need it you can contact me off the forum. The center was carved with a 60 vbit

that is beatiful work. i am going to pick my shopbot next week and this is the kind of stuff i want to do with it. they say the learning cruve is huge. is it real hard to draw this?
