Z multiplier???

Well now that I'm doing Dados I've noticed my z goes deeper with every file I run.

My bit is not slipping.


What is the Z multiplier supposed to be set at?

This is a PRT Alpha, Made dec 2006.

Hmm.. I can't get it to do it without running a file.

My z- multiplier is set to 4 as the manual says, but I don't trust that book.

I remember reading somewhere in the archive how some similar prob was corrected, but can't find it now.

Hi Andrew

The unit values for the Z are 1273.2395and the multiplyer is 4 .
Check that your router is mounted tighly and that the gear on the motor is also tight .
