I posted a thread with questions on designing stair stringers in PW
Here is the method, which a lot of you I'm sure already knew. Make a square the size of the rise and tread and copy to each corner until you have the amount of steps needed. Select all and weld but do not group. then node edit out all the unneccessary lines. Then select all and close with a line and then group. Voila you have your self a stringer.
I was trying this with just grouping the squares and could not figure out why I could not close with a line. This is a very simple thing to do but it took me 4 or five times to figure it out. Duh
So I thought I would would share my experience.
