New Shop Door

So, the guy that built the original shop had the wisdom to use an inside door for the main entry. I wanted a new more capable and solid door. Here is the result. Stained and sealed the main color then cut.

Well done, I'm sure it's very impressive live.

It weighs about 100 pounds. Its quite a beast. The panels are all glued together then screwed down to the table. I let it dry for a few days. Cut the door profile. Removed the screws and waste then I planed both surface to get it flat and the thickness I needed.

The design is a Star Wars Empire Emblem and a Tribal design that I spent a lot of time on.
