Just thought I'd post a couple of pictures , got the grandchildren coming this weekend for the egg hunt , so being i have an indexer , thought I'd give eggs a try.To those interested , To hold the eggs in the indexer I mounted 2 rubber tips (5/8") that you might put on a table leg bottom , with the hollow side towards the egg . This seems to hold the egg well. Thanks to Bill Young for the info on this project. OK lets get all those indexer out of the boxes

Hey Bob
Those are cool.
That's a good idea for a newbie to use for a first attempt at using the indexer. If I ever get mine set up I think I might try eggs first. We've got a bunch of chickens so I'll have lots of material to play with.

Happy Easter!

Scott

Cool!
How did you compensate for irregularities between the eggs?

@John

Our Plotter Pen Bit can compensate for the irregularities in the eggs (it can also compensate for problems with spoil board flatness/variance in material thickness.) Many of the folks on this forum have come up with creative uses for them...

The bits are available through ShopBot or directly from our website:
www.WidgetWorksUnlimited.com

Not sure if Bob is using our bit in this example - just trying to pass along info in case it is helpful.
