link freaking out

I'm not sure why, but today the link went crazy on me. Stopping like I hit a hard stop and shuddering.

It runs fine when not in link mode with other files, and it is not a lost com pop up, but it kind of acts that way.

The only change I made was going from one fein for hold down to two.

I am running ground wires and scratching my bald head.

I think the only ground left is the little one to the serial port.

It acts just like it did before upgrading the ram on the pc though.

If anyone has any ideas, I'll even stand on one foot and do an indian dance.

No error messages. Just the machine acting like it hit something, but nothing is there.

I ran some files today after the grounding party and so far so good.

Is anything else running in the background on the computer?
You pick up any viruses lately?

Be sure you dont have any A/C lines running alog the motor wires. This will cause interference. if the A/C must run near the motor wires it MUST cross at a 90 degree angle.
