For the life of me I cant get the file to run to or go or go to, a line in the file where I broke a bit. I move to the point on the table, so it will start at a safe place in the file but I can't get any configuration of selections to start the file where I want it. I,m so confused I gave up for the night, that on top of getting terrible cut edges in .040 sign aluminum, using a variety of bits ( ones I had great success with before in .090 though), can anyone help me here? Arrgh!

Neville,
Can you go back to the original part file and just delete the parts that were already cut and create a new toolpath for the rest of the sheet?
It would be easier than finding the correct line to start at also.
Yes, I have had those days and had to do that.
Call a local machine shop and see where they get their bits in austin and what would work on your parts.
Then let me know too.

Click file then go to, then choose your file and it will get you there, but it will take a direct path to the point you choose, so be carefull if you go that route.
