Having difficulty getting SBControl trying to position cut files accurately.

Ever since i upgraded my shopbot control software last week, i have been having trouble getting my cut files positioned accurately. I position the vectors in the middle / center of the workpiece in aspire, but when i save and load in shopbot control, it positions the cutfile towards the extreme right corner on the wood using the 3d previewer. When i cut the file it doesnt cut it where i wanted it to cut - but cuts exactly how it showed in previewer which is not center. . ANy ideas as to why it is doing this? My temp fix for this was to offset my (x, y) zero home position outside the boundaries of the sheet of wood i need to cut - just so i can get it to barely center within the sheet of wood.

I am using shopbot control v3.6.14
