Nice job Erminio, DETAILS. What is the material and paint used?
How did you mask it? I always use cheap contact paper and it tears and causes me paint touch up issues.

The material is 15lb HDU. 24"H x 120"L
I didn't paint it or mask it.
I had stopped by a local sign shop and told them I could V-carve for them.
They gave me a try.He sent me a jpeg image.I traced it in Partworks and sent back an image of the completed job in 10min.
I told them they could paint and mask and I would cut for them.
(Why do the extra work that could easily go wrong?)
They were hand carving their signs and this was a rush job for them.
It took "Luigi" about 35min.
I called him back in 3 hours(don't won't them to think it was too easy) to tell them it was ready.
They were impressed.
Came back with check in hand to pick up.
Ted Hall did tell me "All Shopbotters eventually become sign makers"
I guess he was right!
Just don't tell anyone how easy it could be!
