Below are the specs and photo of my issue any ideas?? I am cutting Lexan with a 0.0625 Upcut O Flute. Any letters with curves are the worst and the acad file I am taking it from seems to be pretty clean. It certainly doesn't look like this:(

Check your motor pinions to make sure that the grub screws are tight on the shafts. Grab the router and wiggle it all over the place listening for the tell-tale 'tick' of slop. Make sure your Z axis is way down where you are cutting with the 1/16" bit when you do this. Router OFF of course...
Change your move speed to .5,.5
Change your Slow Corner Speed under the VR command to 40 & Min Dist to Check to .08

Brady,
Great ideas. I think the spindle and pinons are pretty tight. I actually just had to check them for another problem I was having... I will work on the others and let you know how it goes!
Thanks,
Ron

Brady,
I adjusted per your reccomendations and for the most part it cleaned up nicely. I just needed to go a touch slower, .4,.4 on the move speeds to make an acceptable cut:)
Thanks again for the input.

No problem. Keep in mind if you need/want to go slower, you will need to tweak the VR settings a little. The XY Move Ramp Speed & Z Move Ramp Speed limit the lower end of your speed curve. If these are set at .4, then the slowest the tool can go is .4 IPS. EVEN IF you command it to go slower via your MS command in SB3 or your SBP, it still will NEVER go below this value.
