Always liked Edge Glued ply look. Did my own shop office that way so desks appear to have a 4" slab top. Quick and heavy duty the stuff has lasted for years.
Did you use any special consideration in adhesive or additional mechanical fastening for exterior use?

I just used yellow glue. I coated everything in three coats of epoxy. so all the ends are sealed even the mounting holes were pre drilled and sealed. so it should be waterproof. I figured that's the only way it could hold up outside. silly me bought epoxy that was supposed to be uv stable. I finally called the number on the bottle and talked to the engineer and she told me it would yellow like any other epoxy in sun. so I sprayed three or 4 coats of finish on it too.

That is a really cool look. Great Job! Did you do the design or did they?

Why am I not seeing any pictures here? I see Thumbnails on posts in other threads but nothing at all here. As a matter of fact I think I noticed it the other day on another one of Steve Knight' threads.

I post links from photobucket. sounds like something is blocking them in your browser.
