Cutting .040 Al

I had a hell of a time with this last time, tried upshear O single, switched to Zero shear, it worked well, but slow, was wondering if downshear O would press that slightly thicker than tin foil stuff down to the table & allow me to move faster, and before anyone tells me to use the search feature... I didnt join this forum today.Ergo...Latin for Therefore :-)

Nev - How are you holding this stuff down? I would strongly advise against using a downcut (O-flute or otherwise) - unless you want to do lots of cleanup.

How much of this stuff do you have to cut?
