Has anyone ever had success cutting polyethene foam? I have tried cutting the pink "ESD" poly with limited success:( The closest I have come to a clean cut is a 1/8" ball nose sprial. But still no good, my client says he had a former vendor cutting it on a cnc but....
Thanks,
Ron

I cut 2" thick, what we used to call "Ethafoam", for custom molded case inserts. I just use a standard 1/2” 2 flute bit. It leaves a fuzzy finish that a light pass with a butane torch cleans up to my customer’s satisfaction.
