DWG to STL

I have someone who sent me a DWG file that my viewer only sees as a 2d file and i'm wondering if it is infact a 2d or 3d file. Does anyone have a viewer or program that will view/rotate this file to see if it is a true 3d? If so could you convert it to a stl because the other versions i have a very low resolution and jaggedy. Email me if you can help...thanks!

Me too.

Sometimes the files are inverted or in minus when they should be in positive.
I have a Zcorp 3d printing program that will fix the file with a click......if there is 3D data there.
