New shop sign

I am not in the sign business but I used our bot to make a new sign for the shop. If I learned anything from this job.... I was I hate painting V-carve letters...... I am open for suggestions for the future.

Being a sucker for diamond plate *and* electric guitars, I think it's beautiful!

Paint mask. It's a man's best friend when cutting and painting V-Carve letters. Look at my sign on the Virtual Show and Tell. I think I found the ordering information on the resource page of ShopBot's home page.

What are your materials? Did you cut the diamond plate on the bot too? Looks good.

nice sign Brian. For future reference, The company "Texture plus" makes a faux diamond plate HDU substrate in 2' x 4' panels. Not the same as the real thing but for light weight back boards or other wall coverings.
