Help finding sandwiched 2 colour plastic...

I saw a material at the Ottawa Camp and it is an outdoor material that has layers of different colours so that if you engrave it the lettering would be a different colour than the background.

Please help me find this product, and if it is available in Canada it would be nice to know...

Color Core.

king plastics has king color core
laminations sells polytone.
there are a couple more too.
these are not recycled sheets as many who rout them claim.
they probably assume they are recycled but not so.
