Hi,

I actually have a a super zero that all of the sudden stopped working. I've had it happen a couple times and it was always wiring right at the connection needed to be revamped. Not this time, I've checked and re-checked the wiring.

Any other troubleshooting ideas?

Have you checked the bit to see if it is not being insulated from your shopbot

Checking that, thanks jerry!

Now it's saying "did not clear for some reason" before even moving down to zero z

Any clue about whats up with that?

I would suggest reloading your firmware.

Jason...
Can you confirm that the input 1 light on the position console is off, and then goes on when you touch the zero block to the bit?

If no joy then try touching the block to the ground clip?

Also, try a reload of the proper settings for your machine [U] [R]

Make sure that [V] [N], input 1 is set to (0) standard switch

Thanks guys!

Gary it was because of your touching the block testing that made me realize I had somehow switched my wires between the block and the clip! If I recall I have done this once in the past too, so now chock it up for two times!
