Could anyone post the unit values on a PRS standard BT32, I tried to do an area clear in Aspire to capture some acrylic discs, I verified the size in Aspire, used a .5 in end mill, and I got .9" oversize. I'm curious if the UV's are wrong. It cut a perfect circle, but just oversized. TIA Nev

Hey there Brady, just checked and xyz are all 1833.465, but A is 2291.831, even if Z is wrong that would only affect depth wouldnt it?. I'll change it anyway, but I must have something else wrong if I'm oversizing the diameter. Need to look closer, thanks B

The Z is 2291.xx because it uses a 20T pinion instead of a 25T pinion on the X & Y. A & B values shouldn't matter.
Re-check your file - making sure that your profile is in fact going to the outside. One way to check this is to calculate your toolpath & then tick the 'Draw Solid' checkbox in your toolpath list. Then go look at the 2D view. With the measuring tool, you can measure the width of the tool kerf and verify your part size as well. Of course, there is always more than one way to measure all this stuff.

Thanks Brady ( I only mentioned the A value as it was as you had indicated, perhaps I typed that value in the A position when I had to reset them last time, any way I think you have it solved for me, as always thanks to you. Nev
