Good morning,

I would like to incorporate some spirograph images in a project. I sent Bill Young a message about his program, but have not heard back from him. Does anyone have a copy of this program that they can send me? All help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Norman,

Sorry about the lack of response...I checked back through my email and couldn't find one from you. Who knows where it went?

I'll put it somewhere where you can download it as soon as I get a chance and post a link here.

The ShopBot-O-Graph is in ShopBot Labs... http://www.shopbottools.com/LabFiles/sbograph.htm

As with all ShopBot Labs projects, use at your own risk and check the files out thoroughly before trying to carve them into your grandmother's heirloom tabletop!

Good luck,
Bill

Hey, thanks for posting the program.

When I tried to run it I got the following error message:

Component 'comctl32.ocx' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Any ideas where to start? (BTW I use Part Wizard 2)

Hi Paul,

That file is the Windows Common Dialog control, but the ShopBot-O-Graph is pretty old and there have been several versions of the Common Controls since it was written. What version of Windows are you running?

You can download that Control file from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=25437D98-51D0-41C1-BB14-64662F5F62FE&displaylang=en , but have never done it so don't have any experience with the install. You might also try running it another computer.
