I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with Polystone?

I can obtain this product locally and it is supposed to be very similar to Corian. I had a buddy tell me this stuff polishes up quicker and has more shine than Corian.

i plan to build counter tops with it and could also use some advice on cutting tools, feeds, speeds, etc (I have a PRT with spindle). Any advice appreciated.

Use a single O flute @ 12K rpm and between 1.5 & 2ips for a starter (1/2" full depth) I have cut Corian and a few of the clones, and they all require slightly different feeds & speeds.

that is some of the best marketing language i have seen!! however the product is still acrylic ss and machines the same as corian, many other brand names, dovae, affinity etc.
