Does anyone know for certain what plastic material is used in late model production bass boats (and sport boats) for the lids to the surface storage compartments?
It is a very heavy, dense, almost nylon feeling plastic? Kinda looks like PVC but heavier, more dense, and the cut edge isnt slightly rough or porous like PVC sheet is when it is cut and it doesn't smudge like a PVC cut edge does.
I may be able to buy from Harbor Sales if I can identify what I need. Any help appreciated and any more economical source MUCH appreciated. I will need 40 sheets of this material in 1/2" thickness.
