Folding Runners Slant Board Plans

Hey Guys,
Does anyone know where I can get plan for an adjustable folding runners slant board? Runners use it to stretch their calves.

Brady,
Thanks but way ahead of you on that. She found one that is like the one she is looking for. The problem is that she wants it to adjust as close as possible to 15, 20 and 30 degrees. I'm looking for the picture she showed me. I guess I'll end up having to draw it from scratch.
