Jim, did you paint the carving and then sand and finish? Russ

In the case of the coasters I made all cuts except bikes, then poly'd surface and then carved bikes using V bit. Then black paint
On the clock, I cut the shapes and clock pocket, then poly'd the surface and carved the clock face and text. Then black paint
The paint will just wipe off of non-carved areas.
the box was just carved and poly'd.
