This seemed the best place to fit this... I just looked at a property in Butts County GA. If someone is looking...

The house was ok, the shop was fantastic and that 3rd building has a full paint booth in it. Oh it hurt so bad to walk away, but there is no pasture and no way to grade out a pasture and no pasturable land ajoining... I looked.

What the listing does not tell you is the house has been unoccupied for 3 years. It is not a foreclosure, the owners have already built a new house and moved about 8 miles away. Their original asking price with the upcoming economic correction preserved their ownership. I was told several times, "all offers considered"

I'm not affiliated, have no dog in the fight... I just looked around thinking this place would be a shopbotters DREAM... but with no pasture.

These would be too grisly, too old... but I did think about it :D

I'm stunned at some of the prices available out there for land, houses, labor, goods... much has happened in the past 3 to 4 months alone. In the past 12 months a property down the street from us was dropped from $840k to $450k. The last 200k of that about 2 months ago and I know they would consider a lower offer.

Wow. I would be all over that if it were in MD. That property here would be around 600K at least.
