problem with z

HI i HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY Z. i AM TRYING TO CUT A 3/4" PLYWOOD SHEET AND THE Z START CUTTING 3/4 ABOVE THE BOARD AFTER i ZERO IT TO THE TOP OF THE BOARD. i USE ASPIRE AND KNOW THE PROBLEM NOT THEIR. i NEED TO KNOW WERE TO GO TO TO CHANGE THIS OR FIX IT.

I would first check the Aspire file to be sure you have that set up to zero off the material top.

Just select Edit>Job Size and Position.

thank tim But I already check that. I think it in the shopbot setting

check your thickness in your Aspire I had thought I put in .25 but it was 2.5 so it did an air cut.

You can also post or email someone your aspire file and it helps to figure it out.

I have check all these. Thickest .75. zero to top. I even redid the file. I post they here It small. Hope I att it right.

The deepest your file is cutting is 0.0" which indicates your Aspire file is setup for Z-zero to the table top. Even though you checked it once, I suggest you check it again.

thank guy I got it. I had to erase the file and shut dwon the computer. restart it and when rewritre the file. now everything work find.
