Converting a 2D Logo into a 3D relief

I am a newbie to the CNC and I am trying to convert a 2D drawing to a 3D relief and I was wondering if there was any shopboters out there that have a copy of RhinoArt that would be willing to help me out. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
