Shopbot start twice

Ok I am having a problem with the shopbot program starting twice most of the time. It starting to drive me crazy. I have to do a complete shout down which again isn’t easy since the computer seem to be frozen. I have try totally doing the computer. Their no internet on it. Only programs are shopbot with cutting files and aspire v2.5. I know this is not a bot problem, but I thought someone out their might be able to help me. Then computer is less then a year old. It a hp with a 2 Duo CPU e8400 @ 3.00GHz 1.97 GHz, 3.48 Gb of RAM

What operating system is on it. XP , Vista or Windows 7?

Can you do a control alt delete to bring up the task manager and shut down the shopbot software. Have you tried a different version of the shopbot control software

yes I try control alt del. I also try different ver of the software. I have this problem once before with a different software. I just can't seem to remember.
