I just cut a Giant spider. I nested the parts to cut out of one sheet of 1/2 inch ply for a 6 foot diameter spider. It went to the shop next door to us, Sea Sniper.

1/8 inch down spiral at 1.75 ips.

That's not me in the picture. And I'm certainly just "young" at heart.

Would you share the file? My wife loves to decorate for all the holidays and would love something like that. I would like to get some Christmas stuff too. Did you buy the file or make it yourself? Looks great.

Here it is. Please use this only for fun, if you plan on selling, get my address and kick some back. It took quite a while to get it all nested for one sheet of ply. I used an 1/8 down, with half inch ply.

that file has been on the forum since at least 08'
nice job but why would you ask for kick back for a file that isn't yours?

David, thanks for sharing! I may cut this for next Halloween. I'd like to see the kids reaction to this. Ooooo, ahhhh. I'm thinking red glowing eyes, spider web, black paint, maybe some smaller ones, hmmm... Hope it's not too scary for the little guys.

Here were our Halloween props. These were done for a local state park called Devils Den.

Can't seem to get source file small enough to attach.
