Execute file one command line at a time.

As a former Therwood Corp. employee, I am very familiar with the high end features of cnc routers costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. One feature was that we could jog through a program and execute commands one at a time. The prior, current and next command line were displayed on the monitor. Great idea from a troubleshooter's perpective.

I'm pretty sure that Sb2b7, 8 ,9 all have
this option ie. look at the "F" options
closely.
