I received the foot today (shipped overnight because he is a great guy)
I only have a prt and it took some work to mount it. Plus the mount is not stiff enough so I will end up screwing them together. this will work till something else comes along.
so I could have drilled holes in the mounting bracket but since I have a mill/drill I just cut some slots in the foot base.
after a battle to get the parts to work (no fault of the foot and he is working on a prt adapter) I did some test cuts I could not find a 1/8" upcut so I just used a straight bit. I cut some .03 sintra as a test. this stuff really wants to lift up even cutting larger parts.
so I cut some inside/outside circles and a square. they are about 1.5" in size. I cut them at 60ipm and 120 ipm and they cut fine as you can see. I iwll play more when I have time I had to do an emergency 3d job and ran out of time. Plus my network router bit the dust and I had to replace that. and of course since I was in a hurry things went wrong.
sorry the video is not great in too much of a hurry.
