Help with Zero plate

I need some help just updated to control software 3.6.28 this week, everything is working fine except for the zeroing plate. When I run the file it stops shortly after saying "z contact did not clear for some reason". It worked fine before the upgrade so I don't think it is a wiring problem. Any help would be greatly appericated. Thanks

Could it be the input set to open vs closed or vise-versa?

Try going to SB setup and reset your settings for your machine
