For the first time I tried changing the material thickness when generating the CNC file from E-cabinets . To my dismay I ended up at the Link with several copies of 2 or 3 cabinets in the job and many cabinets missing from the file when I nest it on the Shopbot . Has anyone seen this and know what could be happening . Thanks Bill

Did the erroneous parts show up in the nest? There have been some issues reported with V6 cabs and mtl thk changes. Try nesting again and look for the doubles or missing. Note problems.
Go back to the batch and change the material(s) there. When generating the TWD, select yes to the thickness change prompt, then make NO changes and select OK. Nest this and see if there is any difference.
I am assuming you allready have, but make sure you attach the TWD, esj and the export file to an email and send to: program@thermwood.com OR cabinets@thermwood.com

Gary , I am generating the CNC file from the Room Layout not the Batch list but that is a good idea to change the material thickness in preferences to work around it. I will send the files to Thermwood to see what they say but don't have the time to troubleshoot the issue at the moment if I can 'fix' it with a simple change to thickness in preferences .

I am one of those that has reported this. I did find the workaround listed above gets the parts out the door. Sorry if you have to build a batch, I dont use the CL, so I havent a clue.
Edit: When I experienced this error, I was loosing cut geometry. Sometimes holes, sometimes dados. Not predictable.

I worked around it by adding a new material with the correct thickness and changing all affected parts to this new material ...
Thanks for suggestion Gary - All the best for the new year :)
