Hello,

I need to ask if anyone can point me in the right direction to find a sheet of
5x10 Trupan or any ULDF that I can use for the bleeder board on the new
vacuum system that I will be installing. I am located in Orlando, Florida, however being that this size ULDF is apparently difficult to find I am willing to
order it from just about anywhere within the states.

Any help here will be much appreciated.

Mike

If you do business with Dixie Ply they should be able to help you out as well and I believe they have a warehouse in Tampa.

We do purchase items from DixiePly from time to time, in fact I will purchase
the 5x10 sheet of MDF that we need for the plenum, but they apparently don't
carry 5x10 sheets of ULDF. Nor does Whittlesea in Miami unfortunately.

Thanks for all your help on this.

Alternately your spoilboard does not need to be 1 piece. Quite a few guys simply butt join it over a vacuum zone division line and have no issue as long as the pieces are properly adhered to the plenum.

Yeah I think I may give that a try.

I was referred to a supplier in Georgia who carries sheets in 5x12 so I also
may just end up purchasing a sheet of that and cutting it down 2'.

The Dixie rep stopped in the other day and I asked him about this. Apparently the mills for the most part are only doing 5 x 10 ULDF on minimum orders and demand just hasn't been there to make the distributors stock it lately. He said Trupan isn't coming into the country that size at all.

We bought some 5x10 ULDF from Wurth Woodgroup in Raleigh, NC last year for a spoilboard. Works great with 2 Fein's.
