Cutting a 1/4 sheet 24x48 .25 HDPE black, it moved and lost registration. 2 hours in the bin. Anybody know how much HDPE costs if you were to buy in that size? I have to get 1/4 sheet tomorrow darn it - TIA Neville

that's where the laser pointer comes in handy to get the sheet back in place so you can finish cutting.
better then the solid graphite I cut that cost 1500.00

You certainly make me glad it wasnt graphite Steve. Unfortunately it moved while cutting so I gave up. Customer gave me another 1/4 sheet, it was only $25 so not catastrophic. I used the pressure foot & it worked out very well. I'll post pics later. thanks all.

hdpe is really not that much. i found a great site that has standard and rem pieces. i buy a lot of abs but sometimes i only need a small piece of it as opposed to a 4x8 sheet. http://hightechplastics.com/
