Spoilboard cut files come with SB software. There is also tons of info on the forum about different styles from different people that I am sure you can find with minimal research. How you do it will depend on the size table, number of zones you wish to do and size of hole needed for your vacuum line. The basic design software that you should get from anyone you buy a bot from (Partworks or Partwizard) can be used by you to layout your own design by simply drawing lines and then cutting along them to your desired depth with your chosen tool. Most use a 1/2" end mill and go 3/8 to 1/2" deep for the channels. There is also good info in the articles people have written in the shopbot site. Since this is typically the first thing one cuts with their new tool it is also a good lesson in basic CNC research and problem solving.

Paul,
Drawing up your vacuum table is pretty simple and an exorcize you need to learn. You need to learn to draw files to cut anything and a vacuum table is pretty basic.
Draw your table top in whatever cad program you are using Partworks, Partwizard, Etc. Draw in the braces so when you plan the vacuum ports they come out in the right position. Draw a square or circle and use the copy function don't be afraid to experiment. If you copy too many objects just highlight and delete the extras move them to fit. This will be good practice for making your future cut files.
