Z speed while cutting

Does anyone know how or if you can change your z speed while cutting. I know you use the shift and arrows for x and y. I am in the middle of a 3d cut and should have changed it before I started. It is at 74% done but would like to increase the z as it is set really slow.

hit enter choose enter command type zs and the number you want. it is always better tpo change the speed with the command option over using the arrow keys that throws off ramping.
