Has anyone seen a dovetail bit the is around 3/16 diameter at the bottom. It is used to hold a weather strip into a boat hatch. I've look at Magnate, CMT, Centurion, Onsurd, Whiteside.

Another source is Micro 100. I've used many of their cutters both on my Bridgeport and my SBT.

How can I add a dovetail profile to the tool data base in Vectrix Vcarve Pro?
I know that it is not important as far as the actual tool path but the 3D view will not be correct unless the cutter profile is in the tool data base.

You can't. It's not possible to create any tool with an undercut in either VCarve or Aspire.
You have to define it as a standard endmill.
