I've been asked to cut some .06 polystyrene for a spray paint decal.
I've tried a drag knife as a test piece and had limited success. After tracing the same lines four times I still had to use a razor knife to cut the piece free.
Has anyone used a router bit to cut this material?
I was thinking a .06 bit used with a pressure foot might work.

the pressure foot would work well. but if your only cutting one I would just use spray adhesive to hold it down.

thanks for the thread.
I think I'll give the pressure foot with some of the bits suggested a try.
