I have two of these puppies.

I wanted to get 4 but I need a bigger breaker.
OK have two feins right now on my 4x8. most of the time it is enough. but on thin material and sometimes warped wood it is not enough. I was going to sue these in series for the bad times but I am not positive. or just run them in parallel with the feins or half the table with each pair? I want to build a enclosure for them tomorrow.
one thing is I only have two 110 outlets (not including the shopbot one) and running both the feins and say a sander and a fein can pop the breaker. SO running the two others on 220 would take care of that.

4 of those will just give you more CFM. It won't necessarily hold down what you can't hold down now - because that is a function of how much negative pressure you can generate. CFM is really only good for getting over the hump and buffering vacuum bleed.
Not to be Captain Obvious, but...Save for better electric service and a real vacuum system. You're probably beyond the hobbiest level now & owe it to yourself to heavy up on the right equipment. There are a TON of bargains out there on used equipment.
It's worth upgrading...and it's the 'green' thing to do, as the pumps are more efficient than cobbled together vacuum motors on thin gauge wire.

I agree I should do it right. But there are several problems. first is my shop is small 950sf in the basement of a old building and concrete most places. so the heat and noise are big issues. not sure if everyone wants to hear a screaming vac setup.
But I can see it going that way sometime when I ca afford it. I would also need a new panel as mine is full.
Most of the time I have gotten around hold down issues. with the pressure foot things are pretty good.
Till then whats the best way to get the most out of this setup? Have the two motors run in series?

Motors need to be designed to run in series. You will smoke ones that aren't in short order. You would be better off using my 'Over the Hump' foot valve setup with a high HG" - Low CFM vac + your existing High CFM - Low Hg" vacs. It's posted on here somewhere.
Unfortunately I cannot use a pressure foot for the majority of the things that I do. Particles quickly embed themselves into the foot when cutting exotics like carbon fiber etc (I've tried HDPE, UHMW and Delrin) and the embedded particles scratch the highly polished face of the part.
I still use the vacuum film technique I developed (although I am sure I wasn't the 1st in the world) because you don't need a lot of vacuum to hold small parts.
As we all know, holding parts down is 90% of the job with CNC.
