Import .SBP files into part wizard?

Is there a way to import the information from an .sbp file back into part wizard so that the original vectors appear?

Not directly but you can use the dxf convertor in SBC and then import the dxf into Part Wizard. You will have to clean it up as all router moves will be drawn.
