Extruder and ramping up/down

I am having some trouble when running an extruder file with the bot not ramping down as it comes to the end of the cut on the X axis. It will ramp down appropriately when cutting the sides edges of the piece but once it moves 15 or so passes in it stops ramping down. It will start the ramping again when it nearing the end of the cutting file and starts to cut the edge. Anyone able to tell me what I am missing?

Other than insure that your initial settings done using command [V] [R] are proper for your cutting speeds, there is little that the user can do during a file.

If you post your machine type/model ,VR settings and the cutting file, someone may be able to help you. If the file is large, all that is needed is the header section and first 20 lines of cutting code.
