Need a 3d file

I just opened a new shop since my dad passed we had a sign shop together and I wanted to make a 8 foot or taller 3d model of a horse or dino put of eps problem is I only have the vector art 3d machinist no other 3d program yet so I would need the file to be sliced for me any help I would really be thankful for
