I have a potential client who is looking to get cut many of the attached photo (link at bottom). One of the issues we are facing is that the existing piece can not be removed for scanning. So with that being mentioned I was curious if anyone had any ideas on how we could create a file efficiently as well as produce them efficiently?
My thought was this... get a better higher quality photo and use the trace BMP feature in part works to create a relief drawing. Cut the pockets and knockdown the high spots with a sander?
I really think an actual carving this size will take too long and seeing as how there is 7 different scenes and a couple of each scene....
Any thoughts are appreciated:)
