Bit Choice for Prismatic Letters

I have reviewed a tutorial on the Prismatic Letters and it talks about a 1.25 90 Degree Included Angle bit.

Letters will be cut from foam.

Is this the best choice for the bit or will a .5 90 degree bit do the job ?
Where can I get a 1.25 bit?

Dan,

One of the consdierations has to do with the deatil and size of your finished piece. We were doing a woodgrain texture last week on a 38"X7' panel The texture with a 1/4" bit was too crude. You have to do tests and adjust from there. The quarter inch is a good start.

I'm very pickey but for detail it's 1/8" for me.
