Hi guys. I hope every one had a great Christmas vacation.
I have a customer who has asked if I could make a serving tray (for tea, I believe) out of plastic or wood. Her preference is plastic. Of course she wants the tray bed engraved. I have no idea how I would make this out of plastic, though I am sure I could make something justified out of wood (Teak, Maple, Oak or something similar). It is the plastic concept that has me puzzled. What kind of plastic, how to shape it (same methods as wood?). how to keep it flat.... so many questions.
Any suggestions.
Thanks everyone
