My zeroing problem.

I got my machine zeroed and ran two files yesterday. today I ran another file, forgot to z-zero. let it finish the file. after it went home I tried to zero the z and the spindle went down and touched the plate and stopped. I've tried to rezero x,y and z, but it does nothing. I've got two yellow lights on 2 and 3. proximity switches are off until I remove them then they are red again. I've removed SB from computer and reinstalled it. Anyone have any idea what I need to do.

I had that problem two months ago went to an older rev level on the software and it fixed the problem seems there is an issue on the lates rev level. Since then I have gone to a dedicated computer with no wireless or any other application and I must tell you the machine is running better then ever.
