I got these models from 3D model club, the origanil art work was by Alphonse Mucha 1860-1939. When I was working up cutting files for the screen I inadvertently pasted one on top of another and got this.

Looks like a funny coincedence. But your room screen looks GREAT! And here i just thought you were just good at round files:rolleyes:

Looks great. Surely you have some trick up your sleeve for sanding carvings.

I let the machine do most of the work, 1/8" taered bit, .0075 step over. I clean upwith a small rotary tool and a flap or finger sander. 13 hours to machine, 20 minunts to clean up.
