Guitar stand

My daughter saw a guitar stand at the store tonight and it got me to thinking (i know bad idea), someone has had to already designed one out of wood. If anyone had one I would be very thankful.

If you go to Google Images and search for 'guitar stand' there are many, many examples of simple stands that you can make. It would probably be pretty satisfying to design your own based on inspiration from browsing images, than to just get a file. Plus, if it is for your daughter, then you can make it custom just for her...which I think makes it a lot more special than a regular old 'shareware' stand. But...that's just me.
