Apparently you can now contact members from the forum thru Skype (I guess they have to have an account then that symbol pops up)

when the person declares their Skype name under the User CP (Control Panel) function at upper left.

I've had a Skype account for years now
but the little symbol didn't show until I (just now) entered my Skype name
